Xingyuan Group convenes special meeting on 2026 annual work plan

To anchor our strategic direction and ensure precise execution of the annual business goals, Xingyuan Group recently convened a 2026 Work Plan Special Meeting attended by all employees.

The meeting focused on two core topics: team and individual development, and key business initiatives for Q1. Regarding development, the session established value creation as the guiding principle, setting a baseline for annual per capita output. It emphasized clarifying individual growth goals by addressing weaknesses through practical work and self-directed learning to strengthen professional knowledge and skills. All staff were encouraged to deepen their understanding of industry policies and hone core competencies. Additionally, the team was urged to leverage existing resources, expand market reach, and innovate business collaboration models.

In business breakthrough efforts, the meeting focused on deploying first-quarter project coordination and emphasized continued follow-up on key areas: supplementary arable land quality evaluation, assessment surveying, land use change monitoring, and forestry/grassland/wetland/degraded land surveys. The goal is to deepen regional cooperation for incremental growth. Simultaneously, we are planning international trade initiatives by leveraging external platforms to identify high-quality suppliers, establishing a standardized product resource ledger, and exploring new pathways for cross-border commerce development.

This meeting strengthened development consensus and clarified the annual operating plan. Moving forward, the Group will focus on key tasks for the year, continuously enhance operational efficiency, and steadily and orderly advance toward achieving the full-year business objectives.
