Surveying and Assessment

Surveying & Assessment

Business Overview

• Orthophoto Acquisition

Utilize UAV aerial photography and high-precision positioning to acquire and process orthoimages across entire or strip areas. Through flight path planning, ground control point deployment, aerial triangulation, and image rectification, generate high-resolution, geometrically accurate Digital Orthophoto Maps (DOM). The resulting imagery accurately depicts the true surface形态, supporting applications such as land surveys, site selection, engineering design, and change detection.

• Topographic Map Surveying

Conduct integrated field mapping and indoor drafting in compliance with national topographic survey standards. Collect terrain and landscape features using total stations, RTK, and UAV oblique photography. Verify and supplement on-site data for current land use, transportation networks, river and lake systems, residential areas, contour lines, and other elements. Produce large-scale topographic maps or cadastral survey boundary maps that meet regulatory standards. These mapping and surveying results are widely used in engineering feasibility studies, preliminary design, and construction drawing design.

• Underground Pipeline and Engineering Surveying

Comprehensive surveying and mapping services for the full lifecycle of engineering projects, covering control surveys, topographic mapping, utility surveys, construction staking, as-built surveys, and deformation monitoring. Utilizing high-precision instruments such as RTK, total stations, and pipe locators, we execute field data collection and post-processing in strict accordance with applicable technical standards and regulations. Our deliverables meet all technical specifications, providing accurate spatial benchmarks and data support for site investigation, earthwork volume calculations, planning and design, construction execution, and ongoing operations and maintenance.

Land Acquisition Compensation Assessment and Surveying

For land acquisition involving permanent or temporary occupation of agricultural land (cropland, forestland, orchards, etc.) or above-ground attachments/structures in various construction projects: coordinate with relevant parties to conduct on-site survey and mapping; verify the area occupied, types, and quantities of attachments/structures; calculate compensation amounts based on the latest provincial/municipal standards; organize compensation agreements with rights holders; and issue final survey or assessment reports as required.
