• Preparation and acceptance of temporary land use plans

Prepare temporary land reclamation plans and conduct acceptance inspections upon expiration of use. Complete site surveys, plan preparation, budget formulation, and assist with land use approvals. Upon expiration, compile relevant acceptance documentation and organize files; assist the competent authority in organizing reclamation acceptance to ensure the land is restored to its original condition and arable land quality standards prior to occupation.

• Land requisition compilation and approval

Provide end-to-end services for land acquisition project documentation and approval, including assistance with pre-acquisition notices, current status surveys, social stability risk assessments, compensation and resettlement plan development, document compilation, and system-based submission for approval.
