Shandong Xingyuan Industrial Investment Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xingyuan Group") has a registered capital of RMB 1000 million. Currently, the group oversees 4 wholly-owned subsidiaries and 1 employee stock ownership platform companies in the fields of land and space planning, agricultural technology, energy development, and international trade. It has established an internal and external collaborative system described as "1+N+1," comprising one group, multiple business segments, and a shared interest community. In 2026 7, Xingyuan Planning was awarded the title of "Technology-based Small and Medium-sized Enterprise" by the Department of Science and Technology of Shandong Province.

Xingyuan Group has signed a cooperation agreement with Shandong University to establish the "Shandong University Student Social Practice Base" (focusing on rural revitalization and public administration). This initiative deeply integrates the university's high-quality research and educational resources, advancing industry-academia-research integration in land and space governance. The base will also support the development of a comprehensive talent reserve and structured training program for Xingyuan Group professionals.

Core Business

• Survey and Monitoring: Land Change Survey, Forestry-Grassland-Wetland-Wasteland Monitoring, Verification and Disposal of Illegal Plot Violations

• Supplementary Cultivated Land: Reporting and filing of cultivated land replenishment for non-agricultural construction, quality evaluation (acceptance) of supplementary cultivated land, and project investment planning/feasibility studies/planning design/budget preparation, etc.

• Survey and Mapping Assessment: Aerial orthoimagery, topographic map field surveying, engineering surveying, etc.

• Land consolidation: high-standard farmland construction projects, preparation of temporary land use plans and reclamation acceptance, land expropriation dossier preparation and approval, and other non-supplementary arable land projects

• Industrial Development: Early-stage project planning, feasibility studies, industry matching, operational partnerships, and supply chain integration services.
