Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is the Group's highest decision-making and management body, accountable to the Shareholders' Meeting. This Board comprises 4 directors and 1 supervisors, with Zhang Zhubeng serving as Chairman. Key responsibilities include: - Executing daily decisions under the "Three Importants and One Large" framework; - Convening Shareholders' Meetings and implementing their resolutions; - Appointing senior executives at the Minister level and above, and determining internal organizational structures; - Formulating profit distribution plans; - Systematically managing operational risks to ensure orderly decision-making and efficient operations across the Group.

Manager's Office Meeting

The Executive Management Meeting is a daily decision-making body composed of senior executives such as the General Manager, Deputy General Managers, and the Administrative Director. It reports to the Board of Directors; currently, the Group's General Manager position is held concurrently by the Chairman of the Board. Key Responsibilities: - Set corporate objectives, business plans, and specific implementation strategies for this level of operation. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of daily operations. - Nominate and recommend senior management personnel at this level to the Board of Directors. - Appoint managers below the Minister level.

Functional Department

The Group Company has 2 Vice General Managers and 1 Administrative Directors (equivalent to Vice GM level), who lead departments responsible for project management and financing consulting, market operations and brand building, as well as administrative management and risk control. Functional departments operate under a Minister-led system; Ministers report daily operations to the Management Committee and are accountable to the Board of Directors. Each Minister is responsible for setting departmental goals and plans, overseeing their implementation, and approving revenue distribution proposals submitted by project managers.
